Should I submit my English language proficiency test with my immigration application?
Dear Sir / madam,
I have some clarification about canadian immigration laws,
English language proficiency test should submit when apply the application? and also
38 occupation list will change in mid of april?
this is true or not?
if i apply canadian FSW in after April 10th 2010 this rules affecting me?
please advice me

CIC is evaluating her list on an ongoing basis, so the sooner you apply the better.
